Hi, I’m Jamie,

a Senior Product & UX Designer with nearly 25 years of experience helping teams turn complex ideas, requirements and workflows into clearer, more usable digital products.

I’ve worked across startups, agencies and complex technical environments, including B2B SaaS, data-rich products and emerging technologies.


I’m comfortable getting hands-on with UX, interaction and interface design, but I’m also particularly interested in understanding the problem behind the work. Over the years, I’ve worked with teams dealing with unclear requirements, competing priorities, technical constraints and products that were becoming increasingly complicated.


My approach is to understand the product, users, business goals and the people involved, then help create a practical way forward – whether that means research, workshops, prototyping, clearer user journeys or detailed hands-on design.


I work with founders, product teams and engineers from early concepts through to delivery and scale.
